This single-origin, Ecuadorian cacao is wild-foraged from mature cacao trees that live in symbiotic harmony on their native land. Never sprayed with pesticides or farmed, this cacao is hand selected, fermented, dried by the sunlight and finally stone-ground into a decadent paste.
