We source organic, fair trade, Ecuadorian cacao in all of our cocoa & cacao creations which we find has a unique deep, chocolatey brownie taste to it. Never sprayed with pesticides, this cacao is hand selected, fermented, dried by the sunlight and finally stone-ground into a decadent paste.
