Shipping Methods
Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your order. All orders are shipped through USPS and typically take 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once the order is on its way to your door.
During warmer, summer months (typically June-mid September), we currently do not ship our cacao blends.
Due to the risk of melting, we recommend that you retrieve your package from your door step as soon as possible after it’s been delivered. Kismet Cacao will begin to melt if left to sit in temperatures over 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

Kismet Cacao isn’t right for you?
If you find that you’re not satisfied with your order, we will gladly issue you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To begin the return process, please send us an e-mail stating your name, confirmation number, & reason for return. Once granted, your refund will be credited to the card in which it was originally charged to. Please allow 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
